  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • By using our website you accept our Privacy Policy.

  • Images are used for illustrative purposes only and services that you receive may vary in appearance.

  • Responsibility for the welfare of your cat remains with you until your cat is safely inside our secure premises.

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

  • Any disputes not resolved by our normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.



  • We accept payment by debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. We do not accept cheques.

  • Deposits may be required at our discretion. Your confirmation invoice will show any deposit required.

  • Full payment must be made on or before arrival.

  • Charges for additional days due to late collection must be settled before your cat is taken.



  • We have a minimum charge of three days for all suites including arrival and collection days.

  • We reserve the right to change the prices shown on our website at any time.

  • All services are subject to availability. 

  • We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not provide the services.

  • The price to be paid for the services will be shown on the booking confirmation invoice, but we retain the right to increase the price before check-in, to take into account any unforeseen cost increases or errors or omissions in our published prices. We will inform you of any such changes to the price and give you the option to cancel your reservation.



Our cancellation charges prior to check-in are:

  • Prior to 14 days: No charge. Any monies paid will be refunded

  • 8 to 14 days: 50% of the booking fee will be charged

  • 0 to 7 days: 100% of the booking fee will be charged


Early collection

  • If you collect your cat before the agreed check-out date, no reduction or refund in the agreed amount will be made.

Vet’s services and other medical expenses

  • We reserve the right to consult with a veterinary surgeon if we feel it is in the best interest of your cat or the cattery and act as your representative for any decisions that need to be taken for the health and welfare of your cat.

  • You are encouraged to obtain your own pet insurance before bringing your cat to Hedgerows Cattery, as by using our service you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the payment or reimbursement of all veterinary fees and medical expenses arising during your cat’s stay that are not covered by our insurance policy.

  • Our insurance covers vet's fees up to £1250 per cat per stay, subject to terms and conditions. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered by our insurance policy and should be declared on your reservation request and confirmed on arrival.


Reviews and Customer’s Images

  • We welcome your online reviews and images of your cat(s). If you post such a review, you agree that we may use it in our sales and marketing literature and online, at our discretion.
